Altitude International, LLC and its 7 subsidiaries engaged GGS for performance branding and marketing. The goal: a holistic, fresh approach to the branding and marketing to a diverse portfolio of companies.
As with any multi-company rebranding, various aspects were taken into consideration for a successful rollout. Multiple concepts were provided to stakeholders, enabling them to weigh in on how the branding subsidiaries should tie in to the parent company. Each company logo has its own specified brand colors to set it apart from the others, while maintaining the initial Altitude mountain “A”. A brand tree was created to help identify the relationship among companies and their subsidiaries.
GGS created a master brand book to detail the visual identity of the various subsidies, including images, logos and color schemes. This centralization of brand identities enables anyone working on any customer-facing pieces to do so with the same fonts, colors and style, for a more unified brand presence.
Successful Instagram advertising starts with engaging designs, and a well-defined audience. GGS assisted in leveraging the client’s CRM to create look-alike audiences, based on their current customers and interests. From there, we analyzed ad delivery and ROI, tying clicks to actual customer purchases to identify not just clicks and CTR, but actual ROI by utilizing UTM links and custom web forms that integrated with the CRM behind the scenes. Although visually striking, the process and technology behind the ad strategy, rollout and tracking is also a thing of beauty.
Through data analysis, GGS’s social media experts were able to identify that Instagram Story ads produced more than double the ROI of Instagram Feed ads. This dramatically changed the advertising strategy and optimized the ad spend for ROI. Multiple A/B tests are conducted regularly to ensure only the “winning” ads are working harder for the business. We also identified ROI increases on animated ads over static ads, and that our hand-animated ads performed markedly better than automatic “slide” transitions.
After redesigning the Altitude Academy sport pages for the boarding school, we provided SEO consulting services to improve their Google Ads performance. The updated web pages combined with our ad performance improvements (for targeting/narrowing the audience based on the ad copy) created a 216.4% increase in conversions. The focus was on qualifying the traffic before they clicked ads on Google (saving wasted clicks/spend). For example, national and state ads were given different copy variations, prominently showing the location of the school in out-of-state ads, as well as showing the “starting at” pricing for boarding sport camps. Knowing our client and their customers well allowed us to focus on attracting more leads that are better qualified.
A performance brand deserves performance print collateral. GGS created various designs for letterheads, business cards and flyers, email signatures and investor decks.
To tell the story of a student athlete’s journey in the sports academy, GGS illustrated “The Origin of A Champion,” detailing the progression. This unique academy features K-12 education in conjunction with professional sports training, and deserves to be showcased in an easy-to-read, dynamic format. Each sport’s illustration was implemented on their respective web page for a nice break in the text, making the website content more visually pleasing to absorb.
